A wedding-ful summer

The summer flew by this year, in a flurry of lace and tulle, champagne and canapes, and flowers and confetti.  I seemed to be working at a wedding every single week – if not more often than that!  And I absolutely loved every second.

I was lucky enough to work at some beautiful Essex wedding venues, and experience some fabulous delights such as an outdoor wedding ceremony on a beautifully hot and sunny day, a silhouette artist cutting out the most fantastic profile images of wedding guests, a magician giving out chocolate bars with his card tricks, some stunning wedding cakes and all kinds of different wedding gowns from big, sparkly princess dresses through to simple and understated – all gorgeous in their own special way.  I’ve worked in the sweltering heat and freezing cold rainy conditions – such is our English summer weather!  Each and every time I have learned something new to bring to my next wedding, in an effort to keep my clients happy and my work the best that it can be.  On top of all of that, I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful couples, and I’ve felt honoured at each and every wedding I’ve photographed to have been the one chosen to do that, the one capturing those specials memories of their big day.

I can now add the following venues to my portfolio of work:

De Vere Horsley Estate, Surrey

Prested Hall, Colchester

Colville Hall, White Roding

Kings Oak Hotel, Epping

The Rochford Hotel, Rochford

The Thurrock Hotel, Thurrock

If you are getting married at any of these beautiful Essex wedding venues, or indeed anywhere in Essex, Kent and surrounding areas, and are still looking for a wedding photographer then please get in touch – I would love to hear from you!
